Actually, I think this one is in operation. The gist of the purpose of existing is buy futures at key points to make the landing slow. CNBC reported at the big downdraft out of the blue at 2:45pm today that they had heard Goldman Sachs was doing some major selling. My immediate thought was they were driving prices down to "test" the low and raising cash to use for prettifying the close with a "rally" to keep some life in their IPO hopes...Makes even more sense in light of the PPT. :-o (abject fear) e.b.
