Dan, I have not made any contacts with TLM IR. I think at this point the deal will be an all or nothing situation. Without the merger Arakis will not have the cash for the consortium cash calls and if that happens TLM will have 22 million at risk. I think trading may be a little sluggish because investors are holding off to be sure the TLM shakeout is over.
