Steve, I have to agree with the 45-46 bottom. If we let brazil fall we are going to revisit Acheson's latin dominos. We have to show resolve for our friends who are trying and formerly succeeding in their free mkt. experiments. We cannot enjoy prosperity when all of our friends can't buy from us. So what do we do? Our leaders titillate themselves over their supreme dumbass's decision to be dumb, waiting for the public's change of mind so they can spend their time in public being titillated. I have a hard time seeing how this is different than Nero. Thank goodness for Rubin, I hope.
