Well:

1) Is it a fact that Wired wrote a piece on former SIMer's suing Softbank Holding and Ziff-Davis for $200 million, and then promptly proceded to bash Zulu for the second half of the article?

2) Is it a fact that in the past two articles written about Zulu, that Wired included, in each instance, the SIMer $200 million suit against Softbank Holding in its negative segment of the writing.

3) Is it a fact that, yesterday, Wired reported problems facing Softbank Holding and yet failed to mention the former SIMer $200 million suit against Softbank Holding?

4) Is it a fact that at the conclusion of yesterday's reporting, that Wired failed to mention the 22 Apr 98 article, describing the lawsuit, as a "related link."

5) Is it not a fact that, in my opinion, this is shoddy journalism?
