Hey Doug, believe me, I was skeptical too so I went to the charts and boy, howdy (as we say here in TX), the sucker does look pretty good, m/a's crossing over and all that stuff. Seagate's looks even better. Did you read those articles from Andy Kessler earlier this summer entitled "The Pig in the Python" which addressed the inventory issues in the PC component makers and box builders and advised taking stock in them? I was very impressed by them and have linked them below for you. I probably will play this one with calls. For instance, I priced the January 12.5's at something less than $2. archive.thestreet.com (Part I) archive.thestreet.com (Part II) As I write this, the futures are up some but not as much as they would be given the Intel news probably because of Asia so I'm hoping to be able to get into Intel without paying up too much. Interesting turnaround, no?
