If someone updated Sesame-ad on September 10, 1998 that someone got paid for doing so. That's called work in progress. Since we don't know what the update was, you can't say it was not. I can at least prove work in progress.

Good theory, except for the small flaw in that every domain I checked was updated at the same time.

So it's work in progress on the part of Internic, not Sesame-Ad.

Where did you see the P&G ad?
