MUST READ: This may be the best news I have seen in a long long time: eb-mag.com "In a dramatic turn, this month's survey of purchasing managers is the most optimistic of 1998. Over the next 60 days three-fourths of the respondents expect overall business conditions to improve, while nearly two-thirds expect capacity utilization to increase. Both statistics are up over 40% from last month's polling. Many businesses are claiming that they are going into their busiest time of year and bid activity is up to an all-time high.
