Right, I think AG figures we are a bit low, but wants no rally. We are 15% higher than his "irrational" speech, and it has been 21 months, a very poor return. As you say, I am very comfortable with prices. Excesses are gone. Connecticut mansion building has come to an abrupt halt. Even net mania is limited to amzn and yhoo, which make a good deal of sense. What worries me is sentiment. Smart folks see the sky falling. I am not comfortable with it, so I am very wary, despite my INTC/DELL/ORCL/GE induced exhuberance(sp).
