I hope you are right. Some of the stocks I follow have already started to perform better than the DOW. Two things really worry me about the DOW today. First the overseas markets closed way down again. Japan was really bad:

Second the drop on the DOW yesterday did not even make front page news on our local paper. I use that paper as a contrarian indicator. I was hoping for a story saying, "Will the Bear Market ever end?"

You are right the NASDAQ did better than the DOW yesterday and should again today due to stocks with good earnings like INTC and ORCL.

It's not a huge rally HiSpeed but the NASDAQ is certainly stronger than the DOW for the very reasons you mentioned. INTC and ORCL are doing quite well today indeed:
