Can you tell me what tangible proof is? Published audited financials.

Delaying tactic by whom? ESVS/ZULU management.

Do You think you will get what you need from the opinions on this thread.

Ofcourse not! Any trip made by any investor, that includes me, and reported back to this thread will be nothing more then opinion based upon how that particular investor sees things regarding this company.

Personally as an investor, I don't like to see company money thrown around like that and question why they are doing it and was one of the reasons I hesitated to accept in the very first place. As a matter of fact when PH asked me to go my first comment was, "Oh no thank you, I'm just an ordinary person. I'd much rather save the company some money." This is my opinion and how I feel about this situation.

If I lived closer I'd have been to those offices long, long ago simply to satisfy my own curiosity, but I wouldn't expect anyone to believe anything I reported as no one knows what my motives may be.

What is needed as I've been saying, and should be obvious to everyone with even a tiny brain, is for the company to follow through with their promises. Release audited financials and then people might pay attention to the good news when it comes out.

Isn't it obvious by now that the market is waiting for the financials? I can't provide that, nor can Jon or PT or any of us. The only ones that can help this stock go up by providing the public with an official record of financial information is the company.

The issues of investor doubt not only stem from the reports made by Wired, but this companies failure to address those issues and to live up to their many promised deadlines without addressing the reasons for their failure to meet them publicly. This has allowed rampant speculation, which IMO has been even more harmful and created more doubt in the minds of honest investors.

Hopefully the new PR firm of Sitrick and Co. can steer them toward correcting some of their previous PR mistakes and help them to become more credible. I see this as a positive step.

I do have a question for you. If you feel any news will be thrashed by this thread, then what do you think will happen to an investor reporting information on a trip made to view the offices and meet management? I speak from the personal experience of having reported on a verified conversation with Pat Hayton. That didn't do much good did it?

Audited financials please. We need them!
