Kevin, Thanks for posting the PR...saw the slight increase in price and increased volume and was on the look out some news.....strange, I'd been checking yahoo all day...and they never had it posted. Saw the Jolly Rogers in the afternoon, but didn't get excited about that because IMO, that was old news...EDII was just mentioned as continuing coverage. And the new website, I'd forgotten that it was due, also. Thanks for bringing it to my attention. Now, back to read the PR!!!!!...I saw a lot of nice numbers...

VERY strange....they have it listed on yahoo now...but the last time I checked at 3:30ish pm yesterday..the only pr yahoo had listed on EDII was the jolly rogers one...Wonder what time yahoo got around to posting the PR?????...was supposed to hit the wires noon.....

EDII issued restricted shares of its common stock for 100% of the outstanding shares of the three companies. How many new shares were issued, and what are the restrictions? (2700!!)
