My friend - "Grw5" - your idea of a "share exchange program" is - to say the least - certainly a VERY interesting one (1)!! i, personally, have had almost no experience with such programs so i don't really know how the actual "mechanics" of one (1) would actually be implemented for "ADGI". because of that i am afraid that i really have nothing of any real importance to post here regarding this subject except to ASK YOU some questions about how such a program would - specifically - benefit the share-holders of "ADGI"? how would management know what value (price) to place on the warrants? how would management know how long the warrants should be good for (expiration date)? how would management be able to figure out a "fair" exchange-rate for our stock per each warrant? as much as i know about this subject - which is, obviously, very little - "share exchange programs" are not done very often, but that certainly does NOT mean (IMO) that they cannot be a good idea!! my friend, whenever i find that i really don't know what i am talking about (which i obviously don't about this subject) then i have learned that the best thing to do is to just "shut-up". that is exactly what i am going to do right now regarding a "share exchange program" for "ADGI", but i would most definitely like to hear from the OTHER MEMBERS of this board about this - seemingly - very interesting - and maybe very profitable - idea of yours!! take care, my friend.
