Since the halt and none trading of RMIL, when and how did Morgan and Breton give (issue) themselves
the 4 million shares of RMIL (over 4 million dollars based upon the last legal trade on Dec. 21, 1997)? The
break down is 2 million to Morgan, and 2 Million to Breton. What were these shares for, and where is the
proper SEC filings for those transactions?

Also Morgan and Breton have paid themselves 750,000 shares between the two of them. Based upon the
last trade of $1.0625, that comes to $796,875 for a non-trading security. I was told that this was
SALARY for year. If that's the case then how do they claim to not being paid, and what are the extra
issued 4 million shares for? I'll tell you what they are for, they appear to have been issued to Gary and
Roland so they can have control of RMIL. Also what about the original 2 million shares of S8 for employee
(1997 EMPLOYEE STOCK OPTION PLAN)?
re: sec.gov
Those shares appear to be in the market already! So that means that the employees received said
compensation there also! "
Here,Here, Riley, I am impressed (honestly). Got to run..DD

See what happens when the person in the front leading the fight gets PO'd at the Company. I am for the shareholders of RMIL, and the shareholders only!

Riley,

Too bad you didn't get PO'd enough back last fall when you had evidence that managements misrepresentations were undermining the safety of your investment.

Had you gone at that time, told the company to come clean with regards to its financials and such, you still would have had the short squeeze (maybe..).

But in exchange, you probably would not have had a company who provided the necessary pretext for the SEC to halt the trading of its stock.

Unfortunately, AZNT appears to be a complete repeat of the RMIL scenario.

Too bad shareholders of that stock don't have the common sense or the cajones to DEMAND (on threat of selling their positions), that the company come into immediate compliance at all levels.

That most likely all it would have taken Riley, and I think you know this.

Regards,

Ron
