I have read yours and Rich's comments, unfortunately you both do not realize that enough is enough, that's where I am at this time. I'm not begging shareholders to put funds in nor am I going to discourage it. Each individual must make his own decision. But the facts are that I am not putting any more money into this company if the other shareholders aren't. I have spent two years trying to clean up this company with no compensation ( would you have )
and all I have received from shareholders such as yourself is letters of

little to no value to me. You and other individual shareholder comments remind me of the days when I played college football and all of the downtown quarterbacks had all the answers.

Please do not take this E-Mail that I do not care what shareholders
think but I'm tired of accusations and false comments which flows frequently from your group.

You and your group must understand that I can place the aviation company into a trading shell for less than $50,000 and own 85% of the public company or I can get the support needed from the shareholders and place it in RMIL, the choice is the RMIL shareholders. Do they want to take the gamble or not.

DON'T TRY TO OUT GUESS ME, I AM VERY SERIOUS REFERENCE THE LETTER, NO PARTICIPATION NO COMPANY. THIS IS NOT BLACKMAIL THIS IS PURE FACT,
IT'S THE SHAREHOLDERS DECISION

I wish you a Happy 4th of July and a continued success throughout the year

Gary R. Morgan
