Millracer,

on comment if I may.

You say Only the press releases can be blamed on the company--none of the rumor that was spread across this thread.

I disagree. We were constantly hearing rumours of the imminent release of fantastic assay numbers. These rumours invariably proved false. Several people, including me, tried to track these rumours down. It almost always led back to one individual who worked for the company at that time. We have in the past discussed that persons apparent conflict of interest with his family's ownership position in J/L. There would occassionally be other sources for these rumours but they were almost always individuals who were part of then management. Now it is possible these people we well intentioned but mistaken. It is also possible they were deliberately manipulative. I am not entirely sure which. But it is quite clear to me that they intentionally used individuals who posted publicly as conduits for disseminating the 'happy horse shit'. So I do believe it is fair to criticize former management for the rumours that hyped the stock. Also Sid was part of management and legal counsel and it is fair to criticize him, and the rest of management, for not having acted quicker to plug the leaks and address the conflict of interest.
