I'm convinced that actions by entities such as DST/UCSC, e-docs etc etc., which will stimulate the mass adoption of electronic presentment by billers will serve CF (and its investors) well, and in fact become the powerful "driver" Pete speaks of that brings about the mass adoption of electronic billpay-banking by consumers. I think further that CheckFree, in particular, will be the biggest beneficiary because consumers WILL recognize that the benefits of a proven pay-anyone model are enormous and will utilize service providers which use their services more than any other.
