Dear Boaz -- well, it could be read two ways. Either OSHAP is thinking the growth of its bottom line would be better with less TCNOF equity interest OR it is really saying now is a good time, from a tax viewpoint for shareholders, to spin off some shares. The first case suggests weak performance by TCNOF near term; the second case says OSHAP is really rewarding shareholders. I believe a similar spinoff for same reason may be done by DSSI for its TSEMF interest next year. I am nibbling at TCNOF shares at these prices now. Seems like a good long-term gamble.
