I have a feeling that about 1PM EDT the Boston-New York-Washington DC-Atlanta internet East Coast backbone networks are going to go into electronic grid lock with people attempting to be the first to download a 445 page document. IF you plan any trades this afternoon, you might want to periodically test your connection with your on-line broker to see if you are getting blocked out. Ben A.
