Nukeman, At the risk of sounding like a hypster, AVBC will help those wounds heal....and I'm sure Frank will support that view. We all suck, most of the time, as penny stock pickers, so you are in good company. Do the DD (read everything you can find...some good synopsis in Bardology), taste the products, dig, dig, dig. Again, don't mistake this note as hype. AVBC doesn't need (nor does it want, IMO, hype). It's just that the "licking my wounds" comment struck home with me. Good luck... RH
