TechBull: "A bird in the sky is worth 12 in the ground!" We all need all the help (and good press) we can get. I* and G* are not direct competitors in my book. I dont think there are many cross over users, if you are able to pay 3K for a handset, chances are you will stay with it. G* being pushed through local telecos, is IMO going to be presented as more of an added feature of the local ground based services, not the stand alone independent flavor I* pushes in the ads I have seen so far. No need to keep any fingers crossed. The system will be up eventually, the demand is just too strong. If it needs to slide out 6 months or a year, so be it. Dont forget I* has lost birds as well and they have not had their launch failure yet. They plan for several launches a year as replenishment. I wish I* well, it can only help G. A year from now things will be quite different. I happen to believe things will be better for I and G*. Jeff Vayda
