Robert...these are trying times internationally globex is thinly traded and so things can be exaggerated...but right now....it is common to see this... Also...I have seen it be a negative 15 and then next day we open with a huge rally .... and right now we are driven by a news event....that will effect the world.... at first the international scene made fun of us and our President problem...but right now...they are taking it very seriously....because what happens to us effects them... Clinton on CNBC right now at a prayer breakfast...he actually sounds more sincere than normal with his apology....to bad he didnt sound like this when he addressed the nation his voice is cracking and he has tears in his eyes...it looks and sounds sincere pressure is getting to him
