Great post Ed ( did you win your case?).John Templeton, as you surely know, made his initial fortune in the market after the crash of 29 buying each and every stock on the NYSE that had fallen below a dollar. Of course that dollar then is quite a bit higher now. In my opinion it would take surprisingly little for AXC to reach 4-5 in the next 18 months. Just evidence of top and bottom line growth for a few quarters and a solid story to tell would give earnings over 30 cents a share and a PE of 12 to 15. Which is why I personally hang in.
And to Randy and Jubimer's understanding of what is at issue, I have to add an inexpert, Yes.
One oddity to me ..... in the original trial .... those doctrine of equivalent check boxes were like trojan horses after the fact. The jury very clearly checked them to support AXC. But in McKelvie's internally inconsistent conclusion, they were AXC's downfall. A format of that nature seems, almost by definition, egregiously unfair. Let's hope the door opens for AXC to the huge TV receiver market, past and future. That would be a nice chapter in a story to tell.
