That we will have to wait and see though one of Ascenio's (the major shorter of the stock) arguements was that the MSF deal wouldnt go through. Now, we have the finalization of the terms of financing and I see a possible scenario of the shorts running for cover. We needed good news on the heels of the shareholder suit, though most of these dont play out and if they do...takes forever for resolvement.
