jmt, I didn't ask about the first half of the post....I understand what projected means..but couldn't resist to put that statement in....as all along the bashers have TRIED to poke holes in every PR that has come out, with projected earnings...hopefully, you will all be clammed up when the company becomes reporting in OCTOBER...just a few short weeks away.... now..... When the purchase method is used, if Dror paid a premium for the company, he can call it Goodwill, which increases book value. So the more EDII overpaid, the more the book value increases. Kind of like smoke and mirrors. curious response....wonder who is using smoke and mirrors...you just have to stretch anything that you can .....why did you even have to put the bold typed wording in?... to date I'm not aware that Danny has over paid for anything.... including his salary ....which is ZERO... I will be more than happy to retrieve past information which stated something to the effect that Danny doesn't even bother with acquiring a company that doesn't increase 4 fold in returns vs his acquisition cost.....so, your statement APPEARS to be without merit and out of character for what the company has done to date. The company has fulfilled all of their promises to the shareholders, thus far and I don't expect that things have changed all of a sudden.
