I just came back from Taiwan on a trip to discuss motherboard business. Taiwan makes the majority of the world's motherboards. The companies have been seeing full production business for the last 2 months. The last time I spoke to the companies (2months ago), I thought it was a temporary blip in business. Intel's announcement today confirms that business is good.

How did you arrive at this? My understanding is that revenues will be at all time high levels and gross margins are above the 50% level. How did you calculate declining net income for the quarter - or where did you hear this from?
