To All LT holders: One tactic worth paying ATTention to:

(most useful for long term strategists imho)
I have removed my standing GTC sell order for ASND for $64. Why? I think its prudent to just watch and enjoy the substantial ride coming in the next few weeks. I definitely do not want to get taken out Monday morning at 64 (if and) when the takeout bid offered could be 70 or 75 and these usually come on Merger Monday Mornings. I emphasize: I do not have any inside knowledge and each one of us do our DD ... but I'm making this move mostly due to the strong RS shown by ASND in this volatile and mostly down week so far. The signals get strongly reinforced when you combine the fundamental knowledge that in order to preempt LU permanently from any hostile secondary effort, the initial proposal must be superbly strong. And, as we all know, we have only 2-3 more Mondays left for this to happen.

As a point of tertiary importance to this scenario: I'm expecting an avalanche of buying ensued on Monday morning, after the administration possibly issuing a probable release to the effect that Mr. Rubin's post would be intact no matter what, as discussed on CNBC SB this morning.

Any and all comments/opinions welcome.

regards to all,
-/Sonny.

ASND + Pirelli= Optics plugging straight into ATM gear.

This also tells me that a 1.63B market cap, Ciena might start looking
VERY attractive to Cisco.
