for DGIV to discuss the possibility of the "joint company" in the press release, it would suggest to me that it may be more "real" than is publicly stated at this time. In addition, while we are waiting for the official filing of the sb10, it is good to know that DGIV financial affairs are good enough for the National Telephone company of Egypt, since I would suspect that Egypt Telecom has looked into DGIV financial affairs as part of their own DD for the "joint company".
