Just wait until the world reads the partial Starr report on the internet, it's nothing but trouble for the dollar and the stock market, caution needed here. The report is supposed to prove lie after lie after lie, even during grand jury testimony in August. Clinton's little apology caused a little relief rally, but IMHO it won't hold. Starr may prove obstruction of justice, perjury, and abuse of power. Clinton's little apology was out of desperation since he couldn't receive an advanced copy of Starr's report. The worst thing is he said he and his lawyers will fight the charges and report. This will only drag things out and make them worse. It would be best if he just stepped down. Just my opinion.
