I would think the negative effect of the Starr Report has been factored into the market by now. Unless the international situation gets worse, I think the direction will be up.

*O.T.* Starr's Report on the Internet.

Since there have been almost 300 posts since I last visited (yesterday) I may be repeating these addresses. Please accept my apologies if that is the case.

According to the newspaper this morning the following three addresses will post the report when/if it is released. I happened to receive an error message on the first address..the other two were evidentally quite busy as I ran out of patience waiting for access.

TigerPaw, according to today's NY Times all of the evidence in the report is aimed at the Lewinsky affair. None of the evidence is linked to Whitewater or Travelgate. The Times goes on to report that much of the report is devoted to detailed description of Clinton's sex life with Monica Lewinsky. I think we can now safely refer to Starr's report as the X-Files. <VBG>

I think that if the NY Times account is accurate (information leaked by some of Starr's lawyers) Clinton will not be forced out of office. If it were a crime for people to engage in extramarital sex and lie about it I suspect that over 50% of the adult population of this country would be in jail.
