Hi Paul,
The reason it comes out wide is that Excels translation to the html format registers the cell box as a tab. So it doesn't matter how narrow you make it, you have 1 tab which has a predetermined space.
I take the charts right from DWA that is already html(ed) if you will.
I can't think of anyway to change the tabs without a tedious amount of deleting. If you could get it into a html program that might cut down on the time.
As it is, I have to do some re-configuring taking strait from DWA. Time consuming and it is already half done for me. I don't envy your task :-(.
Try pasting into a Eudora program or something. I use Eudora to straighten out the charts before final posting on SI. Seems to work well.
