The first 20-25MM was very likely non registered insider selling - and probably combined with excercising options in connection with leaving the company - The continuing bunch ? - I do not know - Clearly no investor (due to the silly way of trading) so it must be someone else - an enemy or outside holder being dishonest and selling restricted (outside parties have some 20MM-50MM).
Company & registered insiders would IMO not dare (I even think there is special reports to be done as TCC were in CH11) and would neither be as unclever in obtaining a good price, as we see here.

Again I have the question pending - Let's see what will come as answer.

Regarding reverse splits - OTC Companies do the reverse splits for one of two reasons:
a) in order to obtain listing at an exchange
or
b) When they are close to hit their maximum outstanding shares = The authorized quantity.

- NEITHER IS VALID FOR ARET FOR THE TIME BEING !!!!!

And none of the mentioned possible acquisitions demand for such quantity of common shares.
