these contracts had to be announced, so that when the sb10 comes out, the big boys will have fundamentals to to analyze, the sb10 numbers will be small, but the big buying point on dgiv is the fact that it is gobbling up the pie minutes i referred to earlier. 10 small countries is better than one big one. jimmy is smart in that he is taking the so called scraps, and some of the big countries just for kicks. dgiv will be a major player. i cant stress enough again how big that egypt deal is, if people only realized the ramifications of that.
