I have seen you and yours raise issues about AZNT principals ad nauseum, citing that it reveals much about the way they do buisness, yet you flippantly brush aside Mr. Marchese's interesting vitae as irrelevant. AZNT's management's credit history and propensity for becoming involved in lawsuits most certainly do have bearing on 1) its general ability to do a good job; and 2) what kind of success it's likely to have obtaining financing. Marchese's past is indeed irrelevant to the question of whether he took over Andy Mann's short position. If anything, it tends to lend credibility to that supposition...

I note with interest that you neither deny the facts offered here with regard to Michael Sylver, nor do you even argue that this kind of personal business history is NOT relevant. Instead you attempt to deflect by talking of the character of someone that you have no idea is involved in any way? Mr. Sylver is running this publicly traded company, which makes his r‚sum‚ relevant. Whoever is allegedly covering Andy Mann's position is not who is asked to be invested in here.
