it is understandable for competitive reasons that DGIV is not giving "details" of the agreements with various foreign telcos. The important point is that each and everyone of these contracts is bringing in steady revenue stream to DGIV. It is very impressive how Jimmy Chin is able to make "connections" in so many countries across so many cultural boundaries, which is no small matter in international dealings!!!! The pieces of the puzzle are falling into place. Think of how much more we know about DGIV and how much progress it has made in terms of signing deals with countries and making alliances with major business partners in a relatively short amount of time.
