Hello Gentlemen,

There has to be one individual lurking in the background that has been holding shares for a long long time, that is selling into the buying we have been seeing in the past week. It could be an individual. That to me is the most likely explanation. I would also say the selling is either through this persons shear desperation for a need for cash or just plain stupidity. With all the buying lately the stock would have been back to the $2.00+ level if not for all the sells immediately afterward. Why on earth would an individual sell at these levels? I don't care if this person bought the stock for a penny, if it were left alone for 1 week this idiot could sell at $2.00 instead of $1 3/8 and we would be back in the money! Here is the bottom line analysis:

The only time we see selling is when there is volume in the form of buys. What does that tell me? It is someone who has a large block of stock, does not want to drive the stock price down too much but just enough to keep investors at higher prices in, and someone who needs cash!!!!. Just who could that person be???? Management contends that there is no stock out. Well somebody is sure selling a lot of non existent stock!

I would love some feedback from you guys. Thanks!

A lot of buying to day, but the price doesn't budge up. I wonder why? Looks like something is about to happen.

Perhaps there were some truth to the rumors in Washington D.C. that U.S. Microbics technology was beta testing a microbic mixture which could eliminate male semen on fabrics. Party members were secretly hashing out profit potentials for such a product and were secretly buying shares of BUGS after privately computing sales to political leaders in D.C.

Rumor is that after the sales numbers for this product to the rest of the world were computed, the profit potential didn't look so optimistic and there was a reconsideration and a sell-off to the opening levels.

Perhaps U.S. Microbics should entertain the prospects for the hiring of Monica Lewinsky as a product spokesperson in general. Great Predatory and Guerilla Marketing. Consider this Charleston Heston is too busy with the NRA and Clint Eastwood is too expensive. Elizabeth Taylor is in rehab and Racquel Welch is under the plastic surgeons knife. Sylvester Stallone is too busy reading another Rocky script where he has become a grandfather and is teaching his granddaughter how to fight off bully's in the second grade. Ernest Borgnine is too busy racking up sales of facial skin cream with his wife and Art Carney is too arthritic to move. Tom Selleck is playing volleyball in some International Tournament and RoseAnne is considered too vulgar. So.... Monica Lewinsky seems to be an appropriate choice as she is currently un-employed and we know she doesn't care about working with squigilly things and such if it is for a good cause. At the very least I think U.S. Microbics should consider using her name on one of their more hungry microbic mixtures. <g>
