Yes the FED has printed more dollars, but I also read that all of those dollars have gone overseas. The actual dollars being used in the U.S. has been quite steady for the past three years. The problem the U.S. will face is what happens when foreigners no longer want the dollars or dollar based investments that they have. IMO bad for the DOW good for gold. This may be happening now.

I agree with all you have said. I simply believe that when we look back five years from now we will realize that we are entering a period of inflation not deflation.
