re does it make sense to buy DELL on margin?

Oh Trong you are asking one who enjoys the drama of risk.
However, IMHO I think DELL is one stock that is definitely worth buying on margin. Dont max out, but it gives you access to so many more shares. Look at it this way: Because of my margin I have upped and upped and upped how much profit I am expecting to have from DELL alone by 2001. Each time I said to myself "Well, when I have xxxx shares and DELL goes to 100 I'll just sell some shares and get out of margin." But when it happens (and it has always happened so far) I cant bear to let go of the shares (assuming I'm not in panic mode) and I keep them. And when my margin, because of DELL going up, is down to 10c on the dollar, I'll buy more DELL on margin and go back to 30c on the dollar.
Thats my view, and my experience, in spite of all the whining and crying I do with my DELL friends here.
Of course past performance is not guarantee of future success and I'm not a professional (?) stockbroker so my advice may not be worth much??????

Best wishes and good luck,
Freeus
