Thank you for the recommendation on the board but I don't think my pastor would like me being in the same room with them . I think the new I.R. company has not started yet (for what reason I don't know) If they have I think you will see a news release that they have been fired . As for as the float and proven reserves , either they have been misinformed or neglectful in there DD or planing a pump and dump .

TALK: Gold/Mining is about all that will take place for the next months!!! yes ""TALK"" there is a large bullish run on gold and we see (DAY) (NEM) (MINE) With most all of Canada's gold firms moving up on the jump of the POG for last week. You sit here with me and we see nothing! Why? Did MDIN/NPEC miss the call? Is there ''INAPPRPORIATE PREFORMANCE IN THE RELATIONSHIP'' What can you do ? I for one would not sit on the board of MDIN/NPEC ever as there would be no room. The talk must have action and I for one could never stand the gloom & doom that takes place out of a compleet lack of information from accounting, to project cost, let alone a jump of 15,000,000 shares just for beeing nice guy's hell give me a break. The board member must be one who could issue him/her self millions of shares of stock for no reason IMO. And I just cannot cut that life style within my self or to all you readers. So the fact is don't even think that I can join in on this style of a relationship as the answer would be a big fat NO! That said where to hell is the move in the stock here? Everything is in place for a move in Gold and this one will sit as the fat one sings "it's to late for you now!!!" And that's just my strong guess and VHO on the issue.
