I appreciate your responses as always. No debate intended.I guess we just made a better deal on revenue sharing using the same or better technology. After all,it is a matter of money in final analysis.
It looks like we are going to form a new company with Tel Egy and go public to raise money. TE and DGIV will each retain an interest and the Egyptian public will own the rest.That is my read. Am I close?
