Justa,

>>>
But Lars, you forgot to tell the readers the best thing about this little beauty. You can put the interpreter next to a tape replay of old MoneyTalk programs to tell you what you may have done wrong in this correction. And, Lars, get this. Right now if you call within the next hour, you will get the MoneyTalk calendar complete with end of season information. When you hear end of season comments from now on, you will know exactly what the deal is without question.
>>>
The calendar turned out beyond expectations. I never knew what a tremendous effect the moon changes had on the model.

>>>
Planetary alignments and a leap year model modifier are included at no extra charge. Our calendar also takes into consideration groundhog day as a sentiment indicator. And that is not all. Our calendar includes the highly acclaimed Farmer's Almanac forecasting model and, unlike others on the market, it is Y2K compliant so no lost sleep in late 1999!!
>>>
Don't forget the 4AS (for all seasons) regression analysis program.

>>>
Life is too good!!!! What are you waiting for!!!! Call today!!!

Mastercard and Visa accepted. Se habla espanol!!
>>>
The phones are going ballistic. Hurry! If you want the Clapper and Interpreter special! We are on order #492.

Gary: That was quite a disquisition. It sounds like you needed
to get it off your chest. Suffice it to say, I am not a broker.
If I were, I, too, would despise Brinker. His advocacy of no-
load funds and discount brokers would, doubtless, rankle me.

True, the major market has been a relative no-brain affair
these past years. That being said, Brinker's guidance has
been particularly helpful since he evinces the uncanny knack
of knowing when his listeners should go whole hog into the
market during his now patented and rare "gift-horse
buying opportunities" or when, in pricier markets, they
must needs resort to dollar cost averaging.

All in all, the least Brinker has done is to open many
closed eyes about the stock market and personal finances
and make it much more difficult for the "sharks", as Brinker
calls unscrupulous financial snake oil salesmen, to prey
on the unwary and the uninformed.

This post goes back to the days when we had brokers attacking Bob on the thread.

I am reminded of the early days of the thread. I will never forget how exciting it was to find a Bob Brinker thread. Truman's thread is a phenomenal accomplishment. He deserves much praise.

This past week has been quite an adjustment. I always enjoy reading his posts. I hope some day he will join us again.

SI has lost, hopefully only temporarily, one of its finest minds.

Thank you Truman.
