Credibility is not an issue in my notes. I have not made any recommendations or charged anybody with fraud. Credibility is only an issue when charges are made that cannot be supported. Not one negative response, including yours, has specifically shown where my complaints are wrong with factual and logical reasoning. Show me a single response from Wexler or anybody else that corroborates the charge of fraud Wexler has and continues to make against Tava and its management. If his outrageous charges were expressed as opinion (such as "I smell something wrong and there could be fraud predicated on the following....." you would never see a posting from me on this subject. As I have always posted, he and anybody else can post any opinion that they wish. What is dead wrong is to post alleged facts which are without foundation, corroboration or support. Emotional responses like yours that sidestep this issue and divert attention from it don't count!
