Do you mean AMD is over-hyped for its K6 ? Gary, AMD stock goes through large oscillations. Currently the stock is at a low, so I would say the K6-2 is currently under-hyped. When the stock is at 30, perhaps it will be over-hyped. The K6-2 is a very good processor. It's long term success depends largely on what Intel does with KNI.
