the profit will be immediate, the costs are being shared by each govt, the expenses for dgiv are very little. the lines exist and the lease prices dont change, what changes is the fact that dgiv brings in voice compression technology via nmss, the cost versus the profit is negligble. macker like i said, the quarters will grow exponentially, next quarter will start to show some profits, but big profits wont hit till 1st quarter of 99. the analysts will look at future quarters and what the contracts will bring, that is where the true value is. and dont forget, this isnt just about immediate revs and profits, the real race here if for the minutes that make up the pie, then you can set your sights on profits.
