Interview on CNBC going on right now. ATT reporting MAE-EAST backbone is seeing 5% increase in traffic as of 12Noon. AOL is worried that the increased number of log-ons is going to cause user lock-outs. ISPs are bracing for POPs to hit 'capacity', resulting in busy signals when users attempt to dial-in.

The specific servers are the ones being listed in the major news releases. I expect them to be locked-up just because those addresses are the ones that will get hit first. Then the secondary ones will be tried. Also it must be remembered that not only will US websurfers be attempting to access the report, but the entire 'wired' world.

Yes, I see web wide problems occurring, not just the 'document' sites.
