The only things that have been put in print is that they are negotiating a deal with Texaco. In print they do not mention when they expect the deal to be struck. In the last 8K they mention their optimism that a deal will be struck, but then add this may or may not occur. Has Yak said in print anything other than that? Seriously, I'd like to know. Mark is the eternal optimist. Has been for 6 months or so. All statements from him must be taken with a grain of salt. Yak has, to my knowledge, only spoken directly to TMEX. All statments from TMEX must be taken with two grains of salt. I understand completely where you are coming from. RNTK has some excellent technology.
