Bongagong, do they have an estimate of how much the restructuring will cost in terms of non recurring charges? Your guess is as good as mine(OK better), But with revenues down 10% to 15% and Cymer still meeting the .05 third quarter estimate, I would think it shouldn't be to bad. Bong
