But SIM was not a publically-traded company, and thus has no reason or even ability to file an 8-K. Ditto Zulu-Media. Zulu-Tek is the publically-traded company, and the only entity here that can file an 8-K.

Good call Bill. What you say makes a lot of sense. It would seem to be in the companies best interest to get the financials out on what was going on within SIM at the time.
