But SIM was not a publically-traded company, and thus has no reason or even ability to file an 8-K.

Ditto Zulu-Media.

Zulu-Tek is the publically-traded company, and the only entity here that can file an 8-K.

Good call Bill. What you say makes a lot of sense. It would seem to be in the companies best interest to get the financials out on what was going on within SIM at the time.

The facts are the facts, Zulu did a lot of work retooling after SIMers
were dumped I am told..
Private co's are never concerned about lots of goodwill and amortization where as it could have adversely impacted ESVS's
results going forward..
