So far, this nefarious insider trading scam you are referring to is a total of less than $50,000. And that includes the money on the other sides of the trades. So you think htey are risking personal freedom for 25 G's? (and that is assuming no one else has even traded one share.)

NOw that it is up, how many people will just jump in for a flip just to see what happens. It is closer to reality that if someone knew something they have traded all of 5-10,000 shares of a less than $1 stock. Does that even appear to be remotely logical?
