You don't get it, do you? It's all over for Bill Clinton.

By a margin of 363 to 63, the House voted to post the Starr report to the Internet. The rules committee passed the same resolution on a voice vote . Yesterday, Kendall begged the House to give him a one-hour preview of the OIC report. He got no respect.

The margin of defeat would be even worse in the Senate where only a handful seats could be considered safe for the Democrats.

In all likelihood, Clinton will resign before the end of the year.

I just can't believe people like you. Clinton just released a report saying that what he and Monica did wasn't extra marital sex, therefore he didn't commit perjury. Well, if it had happened to anybody I know they sure would call it sex. If it wasn't sex what was it? Only a lawyer or a person of low moral fiber (in this case both)would try such a lame defense. The real issue isn't his serial adultery, it's perjury and he is guilty.
