I was not the one who brought the charge of fraud against Tava. I have never taken a position on whether the company or its management is or is not guilty of fraud. My dispute has always been that if Wexlar makes such charges as if they are fact he has the responsibility to support them with corroborative information. Otherwise such comments should be restricted to clearly stated opinion and not false and libelous declarations.

I don't know if you are joking - but the principle in the United States is and always has been "Innocent until proven guilty" - not the reverse as you have posted.
